Items marked IN STOCK usually ship within 3-7 business days.
Made to order items ship within 3-8 weeks.

Estimated delivery time, calculated from date marked shipped.

sweden (domestic): 1-3 business days.
eu, norway, switzerland, united kingdom: 3-7 business days.
worldwide (all other locations): 7-12 business days.

This EXCLUDES force majeure, such as delays at major postal hubs, customs delays, lockdown measures. Placing an order of an in stock item means that barring illness or force majeure it is SHIPPED in time, NOT that it ARRIVES in time.

For shipments outside of Scandinavia, mainland Europe, UK and Ireland it's recommended to select insured/tracked shipping.

Please select ‘insured/tracked’ shipping for your international order. Orders placed with standard shipping do not have a tracking number and are not eligible for refunds. Please check with your local mail provider before placing an order if you are unsure whether you're able to receive international parcels.

Orders over 200 usd are automatically tracked and insured.

Lost orders are a rarity under any circumstance. Confirmation of this and therefore refund may take time to process.

Refunds will not be issued for orders simply delayed (not lost) due to circumstances outside of our control.


This is a clarification of our force majeure shop policy which has been in place since the shop opened.

Payment

Paypal or credit card, powered by Stripe and Shopify. You will be transferred to safe checkout. We do not handle your credit card number or information.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email. Please save this email in case you need to contact us as it serves as a proof of purchase. Please make sure you are entering the correct email address when you are placing an order or we cannot help you. If you don't receive an order confirmation please check your spam / junk mail box before contacting us. If you haven't received it it can be re-sent manually.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Large scale, global events may impact this.

Separate orders ship separately. Combined shipping is not offered for multiple orders. (Exceptions may be made for patreon supporters and returning customers, please get in touch if this applies).

Naomi.se cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail unless they are insured. Insured shipping can be selected at checkout. See additional information above. If there is a problem with selecting the insured shipping option please contact us.

Uninsured packages are not eligible for refunds as we are powerless to do anything once they are out of our hands.

The time it takes to ship something varies depending on the nature of the item and and current workload. Please see FAQ for details or inquire via email if it pertains to a specific order or time frame.

General

To place an order on naomi.se you have to be over 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Vintage items are in pre-loved condition, always good condition unless otherwise stated. Please read the item description carefully before placing an order.

Some artwork may also have signs of wear or minor damage. This is always clearly stated and reflected in the price.

Refunds and Exchanges

Return Policy

Return period is 14 days from the day the item arrived. Contact us to make a return. In your message to us you must state that you regret your purchase.

If under the jurisdiction of our return policy, we will refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned.

You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product, unless the item arrived broken or if we have sent you the wrong item(s). if you have received the wrong item, or if your item is broken, please contact us right away so that we can sort it out and replace the item for you. This is a small business and each customer matters immensely!

When returning a product/service:

-You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.

-You must not have used the product, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

Privacy policy

When placing an order you will be asked to fill in you personal information.

Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with our privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. We store the information only to be able to know where to ship your items and how to get in contact with you. In accordance to Swedish law personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information we have registered about your person.

If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail. We do not sell any of your information to third parties, and we never will.

Force Majeure

Naomi.se is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
