Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email. Please save this email in case you need to contact us as it serves as a proof of purchase. Please make sure you are entering the correct email address when you are placing an order or we cannot help you.



We ship worldwide and automatically combine rates for items purchased together.

Naomi.se cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail unless they are insured. Insured shipping can be selected at checkout. If there is a problem with selecting the insured shipping option please contact us.

The time it takes to ship something varies depending on the nature of the item and and the current workload. Please see the faq for details.



When buying Naomi Nowak clothing you are purchasing a handmade item made exclusively from recycled, pre-loved fabric. This means that some garments may have irregularities in the material so please take this into consideration. I choose cotton that has previously been well-washed and worn but still kept its shape and texture which is a very good quality indicator.

Garments are dyed with environmentally certified dyes and eco-friendly, compostable Sapindus nuts for laundering garments post dye. No harmful laundry detergents or fabric softeners are used.

To place an order on naomi.se you have to be over 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian.


Refunds and Exchanges

Return Policy

Return period is 14 days from the day the item arrived. Contact us to make a return. in your message to us you must state that you regret your purchase.

If under the jurisdiction of our return policy, we will refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned.

You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product, unless the item arrived broken or if we have sent you the wrong item/s. if you have recieved the wrong item, or if your item is broken, please contact us right away so that we can sort it out and replace the item for you. This is a very small business and each customer matters immensely!

When returning a product/service:

-You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.

-You must not have used the product, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

Privacy policy

When placing an order you will be asked to fill in you personal information.

Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with our privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. We store the information only to be able to know where to ship your items and how to get in contact with you. In accordance to Swedish law personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information we have registered about your person.

If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail. We do not sell any of your information to third parties, and we never will.

Force Majeure

Naomi.se is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
