If you're located in the USA - Your order may be subject to an additional charge of 15% at most. In many cases it's less than this, or no additional charge at all (due to exceptions for smaller items / sums).
jewellery
The most reliable way is to visit a local jeweller and have them measure for you. This is usually free. You can also measure a ring you know fits and look up the diameter online to find your size. There are also various websites that do this for you - search 'find my ring size'. You are welcome to consult with me via email as well -- info@naomi.se -- and we will find the perfect fit for you!
sustainability & impact
What metals do you use, and how much is recycled?
60-70% of the silver used in casting is recycled. I hand sculpt every single piece in my Stockholm studio. I use one local caster here in Sweden, and one in the US. Both are very small artisan family businesses with ethical practices and just labour conditions (detailed information available on request). 100% of silver chains are vintage. I have just recently branched out to offer designs in gold and aim for 100% recycled (new shop section, not active yet).
What about gemstones, pearls, crystals?
95% recycled/ vintage, the rest are hand picked in Sweden and Norway by small collectors, not mined. In -very- few (less than 1%) cases i use 'commercial' stones, mainly if i come across dead stock or need something very specific. Vintage, recycled and hand picked stones are almost always sourced in person rather than online to ensure quality and provenance.
Sustainability in shipping?
I use 100% vintage and recycled gift boxes for jewellery and recycled fabric for wrapping. Any small decorations and ornaments that come with your giftwrap are also recycled. About 80% of packaging material is recycled, that includes envelopes and boxes, bubble wrap, shipping bags. Occasionally I will use biodegradeable plastic shipping bags which I buy new. While shipping inevitably has an environmental footprint, it’s far smaller than mass manufacturing without recycling.
Do you use any animal-derived materials?
Yes — freshwater pearls, but only when 100% recycled or vintage. I do not purchase from or support the farmed pearl industry.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, with the exception of designs that incorporate pearls.
Do you work towards any United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)?
Yes, namely: Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production (using recycled and vintage materials, avoiding harmful mining, recycling almost all packaging material. Goal 13: Climate Action (sourcing locally where possible, choosing recycled packaging, and keeping my carbon footprint low.) Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth (doing all scultping and design myself, collaborating only with very small, ethical family-run artisan workshops, in Sweden and US)

Do you sell your original paintings?

Can I commission you for an custom painting / illustration project.
Please email me. The answer is most likely no, but I do make time for return customers and serious illustration clients. You are more than welcome to ask :)
Do you sell prints?
No. I did for a long time and may do again but as of 2025 there are no immediate plans for that outside of occasional special campaigns.
shipping, payments, tariffs
When will my item ship?
In stock / ready to ship items usually ship within 7 business days. This includes ready to ship jewels, one of a kind jewels, prints, original art. Cast to order jewels take longer and are marked as such. This especially goes for rings as we have sizing to consider. Jewels that aren't in stock upon purchase take 3-8 weeks to cast and ship.
I'm in the US. What about tariffs?
Your order may be subject to an additional charge of 15% at most. In many cases it's less than this, or no additional charge at all (due to exceptions for smaller items / sums).
Will I be notified when my item ships?
Yes! You will receive an email. If you have selected tracked / insured shipping (recommended outside of EU / mainland Europe) the email will include a tracking number and link. Please check your spam filter before contacting us.
My item is marked as shipped but isn't 'moving' yet when i look up the tracking number.
This is due to one of the following:
1. Orders are marked as shipped and receive tracking numbers in batches, and it can take up to a few days between assigned tracking and post office drop off.
2. Your order has been dropped off outside of regular post office hours or on a weekend and therefore not been registered yet.
Either way it'll move soon!
My item has shipped, when will it reach me?
1-3 business days within Sweden, 3-7 business days EU / Europe, 5-15 business days international. Please be advised that these are approximate shipping times — customs sometimes holds on to packages and there is nothing we can do about it. This can cause additional delays (especially to the US) of several weeks. Customs delays are fairly rare but not unheard of. Lost packages are very, very rare. High summer and holiday season also slow down shipping times.
Do you have a tracking number for my order?
Yes, if you selected "insured shipping" at checkout or your order total is over 200 USD. Delayed packages do happen but lost or returned ones are extremely rare. Please be patient with international mail.
Do you combine shipping for separate orders?
No. If you would like shipping rates combined please purchase your items as one order.
It's been less than a month since my order shipped and I haven't received it.
Please be patient. We do not have any power over the post office and delays do, unfortunately, occur. Lost packages are extremely rare so in 99% of cases it's just a matter of waiting. We understand this isn't ideal but there is nothing we can do and truly appreciate your patience!

Please get in touch. It's likely that your order is stuck in customs or has been returned to us. It's still very unlikely that it's been lost :)

Will you be creating garments again at some point?
I'm not sure -- I love designing and sewing but at this point I'm so deep in art and jewel design that I don't have time.
Do you make plus or petite size garments?
I take very few custom orders at this time. For the most part, what you see in the shop is what you get - but I'm always happy to discuss and try to accommodate all sizes. Please contact via email.
How do i know which size to pick?
My garments follow standard European sizing and most of are made with soft and stretchy material. If you are unsure please contact me and ask for measurements.
Do you make custom alterations to your garments?
Not at this time.
Do you create custom garments for special occasions, such as wedding dresses?
Not at this time. I'm honoured to have created wedding dresses and other items for special occasions in the past. Thankyou!
I saw a design by you on social media or in the ‘sold’ category, and it is not available in your shop. Can you make it for me?
At this time, probably not. Please see above. I do make exceptions depending on time and workload so you are always welcome to send an email if you like :)
I’ve received my order and the garment doesn’t fit.
As long as the garment hasn’t been worn (only tried on) and no more than two months have passed since the shipping date we are happy to give you store credit or refund your garment. It needs to be returned in mint condition first. Please see our policies.
