JEWELLERY

Do you offer in jewels in different finishes, such as high polished silver or blackened silver?
Yes ! Please place your order and send an email with your order number and desired finish. We are also happy to cast jewels in other metals, please email info@naomi.se to inquire/purchase.

The jewel I want to purchase is not currently in shop! Can I still order one?
Yes. Please info@naomi.se and we will set up a custom order! We cannot guarantee swift shipping however, it will take at least 4 weeks.

Can I order any ring size, including half sizes?
Absolutely. If your ring size is not listed pick the one closest and include your desired size in an email to info@naomi.se

Do you create custom jewels or do custom alterations to current jewel designs?
Yes, when I have time :). This includes casting any of our designs in different metals than the ones listed (most of our jewels are sterling/925 silver by default but red and yellow bronze and gold are also possible!). We can also set them with different stones or custom stones provided by you as long as the measurements are right. If you wish to have an entirely new jewel created just for you this is also possible! Let’s talk :)

PRINTS

My art prints are currently still sold on raintower.etsy.com -- They will be here soon though!

Can i order a larger or smaller print than the options listed?
Not at this time, sorry.

Can you sign on the front/back/not at all?
By default all prints are signed on the back and not numbered. They can be unsigned or signed on the front as well, just let me know your wishes in an email to info@naomi.se

CLOTHING

Will you be creating garments again at some point?
I'm not sure -- I love designing and sewing but at this point I'm so deep in art and jewel design that I don't have time for it.

Do you make plus or petite size garments?
I take very few custom orders at this time. For the most part, what you see in the shop is what you get - but I'm always happy to discuss and try to accommodate all sizes. Please contact via email.

How do i know which size to pick?
My garments follow standard european sizing and most of are made with soft and stretchy material. If you are unsure please contact me and ask for measurements.

Do you make custom alterations to your garments?
Not at this time.

Do you create custom garments for special occasions, such as wedding dresses?
Not at this time. I'm honoured to have created wedding dresses and other items for special occasions in the past. Thankyou!

I saw a design by you on social media or in the ‘sold’ category, and it is not available in your shop. Can you make it for me?
At this time, probably not. Please see above. I do make exceptions depending on time and workload so you are always welcome to send an email if you like :)

I’ve received my order and the garment doesn’t fit.
As long as the garment hasn’t been worn (only tried on) and no more than two months have passed since the shipping date we are happy to give you store credit or refund your garment. It needs to be returned in mint condition first. Please see our policies.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT

When will my item ship?
This information is continuously updated in line with global developments. Find details here. In short: stock items ship within 7 business days. This includes original, ready to ship garments, one of a kind jewels, most prints and most pendants. Jewellery and prints is sometimes out of stock and take longer. This especially goes for rings as we have sizing to consider. Jewels that aren't in stock upon purchase take 3-8 weeks to cast and ship.

Will i be notified when my item ships?
Yes! You will receive an email. If you have selected tracked / insured shipping (recommended outside of EU / mainland Europe) the email will include a tracking number and link.

My item has shipped, when will it reach me?
Find updated details here. 1-3 business days within sweden, 3-7 business days eu, 5-10 business days international. Please be advised that these are approximate shipping times — customs sometimes holds on to packages and there is nothing we can do about it. This can cause additional delays (especially to the US) of several weeks. Customs delays are fairly rare but not unheard of. Lost packages are very, very rare. High summer and holiday season also slow down shipping times.

Do you have a tracking number for my order?
Yes, if you selcted "insured shipping" at checkout or your order total is over 500 USD. Delayed packages do happen but lost or returned ones are extremely rare. Please be patient with international mail.

Do you combine shipping for separate orders?
No. If you would like shipping rates combined please purchase your items as one order.

It's been less than a month since my order shipped and I haven't received it.
Please be patient. We do not have any power over the post office and delays do, unfortunately, occur. Lost packages are extremely rare so in 99% of cases it's just a matter of waiting. We understand this isn't ideal but there is nothing we can do and truly appreciate your patience!

It's been more than a month since my order shipped and I haven't received it.
Please contact me asap. It's likely that your order is stuck in customs or has been returned to us. It's still very unlikely that it's been lost :)

Tax

What is VAT?
VAT is a type of tax charged on all transactions within the European Union. The Swedish term is "moms".
Am I eligible for a VAT refund on my order?
If you are located outside the European Union and ask for the refund within 48 hours of placing your order then yes, depending on the item ordered. Excluding shipping. You can also ask about this prior to ordering or WITH your order in an accompanying email.
Items eligible for VAT refunds: jewellery (20% refund), prints and zines (10% refund).
Not eligible: Original artworks, vintage clothing.
